We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I would trust at my own home. We are a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, we own it and take care of it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
